5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

dewirp accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process, typically starting from Rp 25,000.

• All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though bank processing times may vary.

9. Prohibited Activities

Indemnification

11. Account Suspension and Termination

Suspension

dewirp reserves the right to suspend your account temporarily for the following reasons:

• Pending investigation of suspected prohibited activities or terms violations
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe
• Unusual betting patterns or suspicious account activity requiring review
• Pending resolution of payment disputes or chargebacks

During suspension, you will not be able to place bets or make withdrawals. Deposits may also be restricted. We will notify you of the reason for suspension and any actions required to reinstate your account.

Termination by dewirp

dewirp may terminate your account immediately without prior notice for serious violations, including:

• Multiple account creation or use of false identity
• Money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activities
• Bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of platform features
• Repeated violations of these Terms & Conditions despite warnings
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward staff or other users

Upon termination, any remaining balance may be forfeited if the termination is due to fraudulent activity or serious terms violations. Otherwise, legitimate funds will be returned after deduction of any outstanding fees or disputed amounts.

Termination by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Before account closure:

• All pending bets must be settled
• All bonus wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited
• Your account balance must be withdrawn (minimum withdrawal amount applies)
• Any outstanding disputes must be resolved

Once closed, your account cannot be reopened except at dewirp's sole discretion and only after a minimum cooling-off period of 6 months.

For disputes that cannot be resolved through arbitration, the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Severability
